Let’s get it on:

Open new canvas-600x600- background white
Copy and paste Witch poser on pumpkin as new layer
Resize by 70%
Open Spooky tree 1
Paste as new layer and resize by 80%
Move below poser layer
See mine for reference if needed

Open Decorated Halloween sign
Paste as new layer and resize by 80%
Move to bottom of layers
Place as desired
See mine for reference if needed

Paste rip element as new layer
Resize by 70% and place as desired or see mine for reference

Copy and paste paper 4 as new layer
Move to bottom of layers
Apply mask of choice
Merge group

Crop if desired
Add license and copyright information
Save as PNG for best quality.

Sad Day To Sail

Supplies needed:
I am using PSP9- all versions will work

Font of choice

Let’s begin:
Open template – delete credits layer and star layer
Resize canvas to 700x700

Grab your magic wand-make sure the circle layer is highlighted
Click inside with magic wand
Paste paper 8 as new layer
Selections-invert-delete on keyboard
DO NOT DESELECT

Open bead dangles and paste as new layer
Hit delete once more on your keyboard
Open element 2 which are the sparkles
Paste as new layer and hit delete again

Open tube and paste as new layer
Place as desired
Duplicate layer and move the duplicate to the top of layers
Close layer off
Back to the original layer

Hit delete on keyboard
Select none
Go to duplicated tube-unhide
And erase any excess tube that is showing at the bottom of your circle

Highlight the vine doodle
Selections-select all- float-deflate
Paste paper 7 as new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete on keyboard
I deleted the original vine doodle-it’s up to you if you want to or not.

Follow same steps as above for the sun doodle-I used paper 1 this time

Open flower 2 and resize by 70%
Copy and paste as new layer
Position on left side of frame-See mine for reference
Duplicate layer and put it on the right side of the frame

Add any other elements that you would like to make this tag unique and pretty
You are more than welcome to use mine as reference and guidance.

Paste paper 8 as a new layer and move it to the bottom of your layers
Apply your mask
Merge group

Add licenses and copyrights
Merge all-Save as a png for best quality

Animation shop

I am using Jasc PSP9
Some working knowledge of psp is required to follow this tutorial.

Let’s get it on:

Open new canvas-700x700 –white background
We can crop later
Open double wrapped frame and resize by 70%
Copy and paste on to your canvas
Center frame into the middle of your canvas

Grab your magic wand and click inside the right side frame
Selections-modify-expand by 5
Copy and paste paper 3 as new layer
Selections-invert – hit delete on your keyboard
Move paper layer beneath the frame layer
Do not deselect yet

Copy and paste your tube… a close up works best
Hit delete once again on your keyboard.
Deselect

Grab magic wand once again and click inside the left side frame
Selections-modify-expand by 5
Copy and paste paper 3 as new layer
Selections-invert – hit delete on your keyboard
Move paper layer beneath the frame layer
Do not deselect yet

Copy and paste your tube… a close up works best
Hit delete once again on your keyboard.
Deselect
Add gradient glow to frame- I used white

Open decorative flower
Resize by 30%
Copy and paste as new layer
Move to the top left of your frame
See mine for reference if needed
Duplicate –image-mirror

Add any other elements from the kit you wish
If you do not wish to animate then you can add proper copyrights and license-merge all layers
Crop if needed and save as a PNG for best results
To animate please continue

Animation:
Duplicate your frame layer which should be raster 1-
Duplicate twice- you should have 3 layers
Close of the 2 duplicated layers and make sure your raster 1 is highlighted
Open your dsb flux-bright noise plugin and click on mix once

Click ok
Close off that layer and open the next one.
Highlight the duplicated layer and repeat the bright noise only this time click on mix twice.
Click ok.

Now close that layer back off and move to the 3rd layer- follow same as but click on mix 3 times.

Once you have all 3 of your layers done follow here very carefully

Open your animation shop
Go back to psp and close off the 2 duplicated layers and highlight raster 2
Go to edit and COPY MERGED
Paste into animation shop as new animation
Go back to psp and hide that layer and unhide the next one-copy merged and go back to Animation shop and paste AFTER CURRENT FRAME
Go back to psp and hide that layer and unhide the last duplicated layer
copy merged and go back to Animation shop and paste AFTER CURRENT FRAME
Click on animation tab to see animation.
Save and you’re done.

Let’s begin:

Open new canvas
700x700
We can crop later if needed
Open wrap frame 1
Paste as new layer
Resize by 80%

Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
Selections-modify by 3
Paste paper 7 as new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete on your keyboard
Move paper layer beneath the frame layer

With the marching ants still active
Open scarecrow 2 and resize by 80%
Paste as new layer
Duplicate layer
Move duplicated layer to top of layers
Close off duplicated layer
Make sure the original scarecrow layer is selected
Hit delete once you have your tube centered
Deselect
Unhide duplicate layer
Use the eraser to erase any of the tube sticking out at the bottom of the frame.
See my tag for reference if needed.

Open gold doodle 2, resize by 50%
Paste as a new layer and move to bottom of layers
Position as you wish or see mine for reference.
Duplicate and mirror image

Open pumpkin from kit
Resize by 50%
Paste as new layer
Position as you wish or see mine for reference.
Add any other elements you would like to add from the kit.
You can use mine as a guide or just go with your own creative juices

Once you have all your elements in place
Copy and paste a paper of choice from kit
Move to bottom layer but above the background.
Apply mask of choice, merge group.

Add proper copyrights
Merge all and save as a Png for best quality.

Now that you have your supplies,let’s begin

Open new canvas, white background
Resize canvas to 700x700
We can crop later

Open multiframe 2
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 6 as new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete on your keyboard
Select none
This should have changed your frame color
Delete raster 1 in layers

Grab your magic wand and click inside each frame
Make sure your marching ants are in the cracks also
Selects-modify-expand by 5
Paste paper 16 as new layer
Selections –invert-delete
Move layer beneath frame
Select none
Go back and apply gradient glow of choice to frame
Add drop shadow to frame

Open your tube and paste as new layer
Center it in the middle frame
Make sure it is on top of all layers

Open flower 19 and paste as new layer
Poistion to the right of the frame
See mine for reference
Move beneath your tube layer
Duplicate layer
Image mirror

Open the palm tree from the kit
Paste as new layer and move down in the layers
It should be behind the tube and the flowers
Add any other elements from the kit that you would like.

Open mask –minimize
Copy and paste paper 5 as new layer
Move it to the bottom but above the background layer
Apply mask
Merge group

Add your copyright and license
Crop if needed.
If you do not wish to animate then you can merge layers
Save as PNG for best quality
Continue for animation

Animation:
Duplicate your frame layer which should be raster 2-
Duplicate twice- you should have 3 layers
Close of the 2 duplicated layers and make sure your raster 2 is highlighted
Open your dsb flux-bright noise plugin and click on mix once

Click ok
Close off that layer and open the next one.
Highlight the duplicated layer and repeat the bright noise only this time click on mix twice.
Click ok.

Now close that layer back off and move to the 3rd layer- follow same as but click on mix 3 times.

Once you have all 3 of your layers done follow here very carefully

Open your animation shop

Open frame 2 from kit and paste as new layer onto your canvas
Pretty isn’t it?

Grab your magic wand and click inside the middle of the frame
Selections-modify-expand by 3
Paste paper 6 as new layer
Selections –invert-hit delete on keyboard.
Move layer beneath frame layer but
DO NOT DESELECT YET
Open tube of choice, a close up will work best
Copy and paste center frame
Position to where it looks best and
Hit delete once again on your keyboard
Now you may deselect.

Open glitter frame 1
Paste as new layer and resize by 90%
Move to top of layers

Open flower 7 from kit and paste as new layer
Resize by 30%

Open Staple flower 2
Paste as new layer
Resize by 40%
Place over the flower you just did

Open Sachet 2 and paste as new layer
Resize by 40%
Apply Mura Meisters Copies with the following settings

Move layer to bottom above the background layer
Resize layer if needed so that the edges stick out behind your frame

Choose your frame layer (raster 1 on mine)
Apply Xenofex Constellation with the following settings

Add any other elements from the kit you wish
Copy and paste paper of choice, move to bottom of layer palette
Apply mask of choice-merge group.

Add proper license and copyrights
Crop to preference
Merge all and save as PNG for best quality

Select-none

Highlight the circle layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 1 as new layer
Selections-invert and hit delete
Select none and delete the original frame layer in your layer palette

So the same as above for the dotted circle using the same paper.

Highlight the doodle layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 7 as new layer
Selections –invert-delete
Select none

Copy and paste your tube and center
Copy and paste frame 1 as new layer
Resize by 80% and move layer to bottom but above the background
Add any other elements from the kit that you would like.

Now that you have all your supplies, let’s begin:
Open blank canvas 600x600
Background white
We can crop later if needed!

Open tube and minimize for now.
Grab your eclipse tool
Background null
Foreground #f037d1
Create on vector checked- line width 6
Draw a circle as big or small as you like
Use mine for reference.
Make sure your tool is set on circle not oval.
Convert circle to raster layer

Take your magic wand and click inside the circle
Selections-modify-expand by 3
Paste paper 2 as new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete on your keyboard
Move paper layer below the frame layer in your layer palette.
Select none.

Paste tube as a new layer
Make sure tube is on top layer in layer palette
Add drop shadow of choice to tube

Add any other elements to tag from kit that you would like.
You can see my tag for reference.

Crop to size preferred
Add copyrights and licenses if applicable.
If you do not wish to animated you may merge your layers
And save as a PNG for best quality.
Animation:
Duplicate your frame layer which should be raster 2-
Duplicate twice- you should have 3 layers
Close of the 2 duplicated layers and make sure your raster 2 is highlighted
Open your dsb flux-bright noise plugin and click on mix once

Click ok
Close off that layer and open the next one.
Highlight the duplicated layer and repeat the bright noise only this time click on mix twice.
Click ok.

Now close that layer back off and move to the 3rd layer- follow same as but click on mix 3 times.

Add your tube of choice- if using the same one as I am , resize by 80%
Paste and position as you would like.
Add drop shadow to tube

Add any other elements from kit you would like to.
Adding drop shadows to each one.

Add word art if you’d like
Copyrights and license if needed
Crop if needed.
If you do not wish to animate you can merge all layers and save as a PNG for best quality.

Animation:
Duplicate your frame layer which should be raster 1-
Duplicate twice- you should have 3 layers
Close of the 2 duplicated layers and make sure your raster 1 is highlighted
Open your dsb flux-bright noise plugin and click on mix once

Click ok
Close off that layer and open the next one.
Highlight the duplicated layer and repeat the bright noise only this time click on mix twice.
Click ok.

Move tube layer to top in layers if needed.

Add any other elements from the scrap kit to make your tag look as you wish.
Add any word art you’d like and the correct copyright information.

Supplies Needed:
Paintshop pro 9
Animation shop

I am using a tube of Elias Chatzoudis-I love his work!
The tube is called I like it and you can purchase it here
Please do not use without proper license.

Plugin used-dsb flux-bright noise

Font of choice
Opitional plugins-Graident Glow

I used Jasc Paintshop Pro 9 but it can be done using any version.
Some basic knowledge of psp is needed.

Ok now you have your supplies let’s get started:

Open new canvas-600x600-we can crop later if needed.
Open ice cream frame from kit
Resize by 50% twice and then again by 80%
Copy and paste onto new canvas
Grab your magic wand and select inside the frame
Paste paper 6 as new layer –selections-invert and hit delete on your keyboard
Select none
Move paper layer below frame layer

Open tube of choice –resize if needed
Paste as new layer and postion as youd like.
See mine for reference.
Add drop shadow of choice.

Open ice cream truck from kit
Resize by 20%
Paste as a new layer and position in any way youd like
See my tag for reference.
Add any other elements youd like to your tag!

Add any copyrights and license and also any word art youd like.
Crop if youd like.
If you do not wish to animate-save as PNG for best quality.

Animation:
Duplicate your paper 2 background which should be raster 2-
Duplicate twice- you should have 3 layers
Close of the 2 duplicated layers and make sure your raster 2 is highlighted
Open your dsb flux-bright noise plugin and click on mix once

Click ok
Close off that layer and open the next one.
Highlight the dupilicated layer and repeat the bright noise only this time click on mix twice.
Click ok.

Now close that layer back off and move to the 3rd layer- follow same as but click on mix 3 times.

Once you have all 3 of your layers done follow here very carefully

Open your animation shop
Go back to psp and close off the 2 duplicated layers and highlight raster 2
Go to edit and COPY MERGED
Paste into animation shop as new animation
Go back to psp and hide that layer and unhide the next one-copy merged and go back to Animation shop and paste AFTER CURRENT FRAME
Go back to psp and hide that layer and unhide the last duplicated layer
copy merged and go back to Animation shop and paste AFTER CURRENT FRAME
Click on animation tab to see animation.
Save and youre done

Now let’s begin:

Open template #1 and delete credit layer and also the dotted circle layer
Highlight circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper #11 from kit as new layer
Selections-invert-delete on keyboard
DO NOT DESELECT

Open tube of choice and place as desired
See mine for reference if needed
Hit delete on keyboard
Deselect

Highlight the circle frame layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper #6 as new layer
Selections-invert-delete
Delete original circle frame layer
Add gradient glow of choice
I used white.
Add drop shadow of choice.

Highlight sparkles layer and follow same directions as above

Then again with doodle layer.

Add new raster layer, flood fill with color that matches tube
Move layer just above background in layers
Apply mask of choice and merge group.
Add gradient glow(optional)

Add any other elements from scrapkit that you would like.
Add any word art or names.
Add proper copyrights and credits.
Merge all layers and you are done!

Now that you have all your supplies gathered ,let's begin

Open template 12 and delete credit layers.

Resize canvas to 650x650-we can crop later.

Choose circle 1-add a gradient glow that matches your tube with the following settings

Repeat gradient glow once more.
Choose circle 2-selections-select all
Float-defloat

Paste paper 3 from scrapkit

Selections-invert-delete on keyboard

Select none
Choose film strip layer

Selections-select allFloat-Defloat

Paste paper 4 as new layer

Selections-invert-delete on keyboard

Select none

Add gradient glow with same settings as above-changing colors of glow if you'd like.Add drop shadow of your choice.

Choose square 1 in layers

Grab your magic wand and click inside square 1

Selections-modify-expand by 6

Choose paper of choice from scrapkit

Paste as a new layer-selections-invert-hit delete on keyboard

DO NOT DESELECT YET

Choose a part of your tube and put it in the square-hit delete on keyboard

Now you can deselect

Do the same as above for the other 2 squares.

See my tag for reference if needed.
Place your tube on top of film strip as shown in my tag.

Add drop shadow of choice.
Now you can decorate using some of the beautiful elements in the scrapkit or you can leave it as it is.

Add any word art you'd like

Add proper copyrights to your tag.

Merge-flatten all.

Crop to size you like.

Enjoy!

Now that you have your supplies,let's begin!

Open your template # 78

Size canvas to 650x650

Delete credit layer at top

Also delete the cherry bomb word art layer as we won't be using it for this tag!

Choose the dark oval layer-selections-select all-float-defloat

Paste paper 9 from kit-selections-invert-hit delete on keyboard

Selections-none

Add a gradient glow with the following settings:

Delete the orignial dark oval layer in your palette.

Highlight the red oval layer-Selections-select all-float-defloat

Paste paper 14 as new layer-selections-invert-hit delete on your keyboard

Selections none. Add drop shadow and delete original red oval layer.

Highlight lg dark star layer-Selections-select all-float-defloat

Paste paper 9 as new layer-selections-invert-hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections-none. Add same graident glow as above.

Delete orignial lg dark star layer.

Hightlight lg light star-selections-select all-float-defloat

Paste paper 14 as new layer-selections-invert-hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections-select none-delete original lg light star layer.

Do the same as above for the remaining layers using your choice of papers.

Once you have all your layers colored to your likings

Hightlight the left frame layer (mine is raster 6)

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Open your tube and highlight the layer labeled Route 69

Rotate 15 to the left and resize by 70%

Paste as a new layer -selections -none

Now choose the right frame(mine is raster 7)

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Now paste your tube as a new layer-duplicate- move duplicated layer to top of layers and hide .

On the original tube layer

Place as youd like-see mine for reference.

Selections -invert-delete.

Now unhide duplicate and use your eraser to remove any excess from under the frame.

Add any other elements from the kit youd like.

Add any text you would like

Crop to your likings

Add proper credits and copyrights.

And youre done.

Lets begin:

Open template in psp

Delete credit layer at top

Highlight the white circle layer-selections-select all

Float, defloat

Flood fill with your color of color- I used #db77b9

Click back on white circle layer in layers palette and hit delete on your keyboard

Highlight the gray outer circle layer

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Flood fill with your choice of color-I used #835b97

Optional-add noise

Click back on the gray circle layer and hit delete on your keyboard

Highlight the large butterfly layer

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Flood fill with color of your choice-I again used #835b97

Optional-add noise

Click back on the large butterfly layer and hit delete on your keyboard.

Hightlight the small butterfly layer

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Flood fill with your choice of color- I used a gradient that consist of #835b97 and #da71b6

Optional-add noise

Click back on the small butterfly layer and hit delete on your keyboard.

Add new raster layer and move it to the bottom of your layer palette.

Flood fill with your choice of color- I used #007c8b

Open mask of choice and apply- invert checked!

Merge group!

If you are happy with the tag then flatten all layers and save!

Add copyright information and whoo laaa. There you have it.

Mask by Weescotslass creations-Mask 195

Some working knowledge of Paintshop pro- I am using Jasc Paintshop pro 9!

Now that you have all your supplies...lets begin!

Open new canvas 650x650- we can crop later if needed.

Open frame of choice in Butterfly Kisses scrapkit- I used frame 4.

Copy and paste onto your blank canvas-resize by 40%

Selections-float,defloat- Selections -modify by 5

Open paper of your choice from kit- I used paper 3

Copy and paste on your canvas-selections-invert- hit delete on your keyboard. DO NOT DESELECT YET. Move your paper below the frame layer.

Open tube of choice.Copy and paste onto working canvas. Resize if needed.

Duplicate your tube and move to top of layer palette. Highlight original tube layer and hit delete.

On duplicated tube layer use eraser to remove any excess tube showing below frame.

Open bug ribbon 5 from kit -copy and paste on to canvas and resize by 40% and then again by 50%. Place wherever you like or see my tag for reference.

Open tag of your choice from kit- I used tag 4.

Resize by 50% twice and add text if you'd like... I used Sinful Jades initials.

Move below bug ribbon layer to make it look like it is dangling from it.

Open bow of your choice from kit- I used bow 1. Resize by 50 % and then again by 40%.

Place wherever you like or see my tag for reference.

Add choice of drop shadow to all layers.

Open paper 1- copy and paste as new layer above the background layer.

Open WSL_Mask 195- apply mask to new layer you just made. On layer palette merge group.

Add copyright info and any name you would like. Layers - merge all and save.

That's that. I hope this was simple enough. This was my first tutorial ever but there will be more to come. If you try this please send me your results as I would love to see them....devilsadvocate1488@yahoo.com.
