Evergreen

This tag was put together using my own imagination. Any resemblance to any other tag or tutorial is purely coincidental.

Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice- I am using an Elias Chatzoudis tube which can be purchased here
Please do not use his work without a license.

I am using the wonderful scrapkit called My Comforter made by Mellie

Font of choice- I am using Heather

Plugins- Optional
Dsb Flux-Bright Noise
Eye Candy 5- Gradient Glow

I am using PSP9
Some working knowledge of psp is needed to complete this tutorial.

Lets Begin:

Open template and resize canvas to 700x700
We can crop later!
On your template delete credit layer

Highlight your circle layer in the layers palette
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 11 from kit as a new layer
Selections-Invert-hit delete on keyboard
Select none
Delete original circle layer from layers

Highlight circle frame
Follow same as above but this time paste paper 5
Apply gradient glow of choice to this layer

Highlight the stars layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 7 as new layer
Selections-Invert-hit delete on keyboard
Select none
Apply gradient glow as you did above!

Highlight doodle 1
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 5
Selections-Invert-hit delete on keyboard
Select none
Apply gradient glow of choice
Delete original doodle layer

Open tube of choice and paste as new layer on your canvas
Move tube layer to top in layers if needed.


Add any other elements from the scrap kit to make your tag look as you wish.
Add any word art you’d like and the correct copyright information.
Crop if needed.
If you do not wish to animate you can merge all layers and save as a PNG for best quality.

Animation:

Duplicate your doodle 1 layer which should be raster 4-
Duplicate twice- you should have 3 layers
Close of the 2 duplicated layers and make sure your raster 4 is highlighted
Open your dsb flux-bright noise plugin and click on mix once

Click ok
Close off that layer and open the next one.
Highlight the duplicated layer and repeat the bright noise only this time click on mix twice.
Click ok.

Now close that layer back off and move to the 3rd layer- follow same as but click on mix 3 times.

Once you have all 3 of your layers done follow here very carefully

Open your animation shop
Go back to psp and close off the 2 duplicated layers and highlight raster 2
Go to edit and COPY MERGED
Paste into animation shop as new animation
Go back to psp and hide that layer and unhide the next one-copy merged and go back to Animation shop and paste AFTER CURRENT FRAME
Go back to psp and hide that layer and unhide the last duplicated layer
copy merged and go back to Animation shop and paste AFTER CURRENT FRAME
Click on animation tab to see animation.
Save and you’re done.
