Sweet Sixteen

This tag was put together using my own imagination. Any resemblance to any other tag or tutorial is purely coincidental.

Supplies needed:

Tube of choice: I am using a Jamie Kidd tube

Scrap kit is by BitsNBobs
It is called Fantasia and it is a beautiful kit.

Font of choice

Plugins (Optional)
Gradient glow


I am using PSP9 ( any version will work)
Some working knowledge of psp is needed to complete this tutorial!

Let’s get started:
Open template #2 and delete watermark layer and sparkle layer

Highlight the circle layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 4 as a new layer
Selections-invert-hit delete on keyboard
DO NOT DESELECT YET

Open and paste light ray 1 as new layer
Position (see my tag for reference ) and hit delete once again
Select-none

Highlight the circle layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 1 as new layer
Selections-invert and hit delete
Select none and delete the original frame layer in your layer palette

So the same as above for the dotted circle using the same paper.

Highlight the doodle layer
Selections-select all-float-defloat
Paste paper 7 as new layer
Selections –invert-delete
Select none

Copy and paste your tube and center
Copy and paste frame 1 as new layer
Resize by 80% and move layer to bottom but above the background
Add any other elements from the kit that you would like.
There are some great things in that kit to use.

Merge all and save as a PNG or best quality.
